But that is simply not the truth. In this mini, I share my thoughts on why holding positive perspectives on aging isn’t just healthier, it’s actually more realistic. I reflect on my 20s, how aging has been a blessing, and why beauty doesn’t have to fade as quickly as society makes us think. Time is precious, and there's nothing to fear, but only things to look forward to.
